And my plastic is also done.

Update 4/13/12
Well, the solder idea failed, and to this point, I have disproved my original hypothesis. I will, however, be making a plastic equivalent to test, so that should be up by this week.

Update for 3/29/12
Package of my new mold material just arrived...It's a silicone mold, so it should work much better. Also bought copper clay, 200 grams to be exact.

Update for 3/28/12
Well, I found out that my plaster molds were no good, as the clay stuck to them even with a lot of lubrication. So now I going to try a silicone mold.
The mold was white, mind you.

Update for Spring Break
I made some molds for the yo-yos this week, out of plaster of paris.
After I let it set for ten minutes, I put a yo-yo half in them, to create the right shape.
After they dried some more, I removed the yo-yo. I will sand the edges and mold into a more unique shape sometime this week.

Update: 2/24/12
I got permission from Ms. Smith, art teacher, to use her kiln, so I will be using it in the next three weeks. Below is a picture of my materials, or some of them. In the following week, I will be working on my website design and layout in Dreamweaver.
